Please vacate the Farmhouse by 11:00am on departure day.

If later departure is needed then contact us - this may incur extra charge. Please make sure all these items are completed before you leave:

 

Used tea towels

Place on the counter-top next to the cookers

• Vacuum All carpets upstairs and downstairs

• Sweep All hard floors throughout including washrooms

• Mop Kitchen & scullery and area immediately around each toilet. 

• Sinks & toilets Clean as you would expect to find them

Cookers & Fridges

Clean as you would expect to find them. Leave the

fridge-freezers ON.

Cutlery & Crockery

Replace in correct labelled drawers and cupboards

​

• Windows, lights Windows closed and lights switched off (washrooms have automatic lights and extractors)

• Doors & Keys Lock the rear doors and close windows

• Lock front door, put key in key safe outside and scramble code numbers.
