Data we collect is from the booking form. This includes your name, address, contact number, reservation dates etc.
We also collect statistics on all previous reservations, including payments (not bank details) and clients to allow us to create reports for trustees of the Farmhouse.

The Receiving of a Booking
On completion of a booking form, your IP address (your computers unique identification number) is noted to ensure we
don’t get any fraudulent activity.

The Occasional Marketing
Very occasionally we may use your details to send you information regarding any marketing or money raising campaigns we are running.

The Third Party part
We will never sell your information on to any third-parties.

The Removal of Details or Information regarding Your Details
Should you require us to remove your details from any campaigns we may run then you should email: requesting this.

The Information Stored
A copy of any information stored by us is readily available on request. This must be received in writing with proof of ID.

Your Bank Information Details
No bank details whatsoever are stored on our systems.

The Booking System
The Trust looks after all bookings, invoicing and payments, however, we do use a third party to run our booking system to ensure it is secure and reliable.
