Important Information

  • If you are booking for only one night during November - February, there is a minimum charge of two nights. You will be invoiced separately for the extra night.

  • Sleeping bags/Duvets are not provided. Individuals should bring their own.

  • Please check your spam/junk mail box for your confirmation email and your login information once you have made a booking.

Booking Terms and Conditions

By making a booking you are confirming that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions:
​

  • An invoice will be raised within 48 hours of your booking form being received.

  • To confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days in receipt of our invoice or, if you are booking within 45 days of your stay, we require the full balance.

  • If you wish to cancel your reservation, you may do so within the 14 day period before your deposit is due, after which your deposit will be lost.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to your stay.

  • Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the premises at anytime (no exceptions).

  • The User Guide will help you to have an enjoyable stay and you confirm that the points in it will be observed by members of your group.

  • Arrival should not be before 2 p.m. on the arrival day. The Farmhouse should be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. We reserve the right to charge an additional tariff if these times are not be observed.

  • The number of people occupying the Farmhouse cannot exceed the number stated in your reservation and in no circumstance exceed the maximum of 30. We reserve the right to charge an additional tariff should we become aware the number stated in the reservation is exceeded.

  • Use of the Farmhouse will solely be for the purpose of recreational and educational activities unless authorised by us.

  • During your stay you should show due consideration for the local surroundings and neighbours.

  • We reserve the right for us or our representatives to access the Farmhouse at any reasonable time during the period of your reservation.

  • Personal belongings for all members of your party and vehicles (together with their contents) are left at the Farmhouse entirely at your own risk.

  • The Farmhouse and all furniture, utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings should be kept in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the reservation and to ensure that at the end of the reservation the Farmhouse is left in the same, or better, state of order and cleanliness in which it was found.
